SAGUARO shoes can be easily washed in the washing machine multiple times during their lifetime. However, please note the following points.
- Wash with cold water and low speed to avoid damaging your shoes. For particularly gentle washing, we recommend using a laundry bag. Let the shoes air dry after washing. Then it will look like new.
- Do not use bleach.
- Do not use direct heat. It can cause premature wear of shoes.
- Lay flat or hang to dry.
yes. We recommend that you check the size chart and choose your size before ordering. If the size does not fit when you receive the product and try it on, please contact us using the inquiry form "Exchange Request Form". At that time, please include information such as your order number in the inquiry details column.
We are very sorry that you received a damaged product. Goods will be considered defective if they are damaged within 30 days of receipt of the order.
Please send a photo and details of the damaged item along with your information to our customer service team email address service-en@saguaro.com. We are happy to help you solve the problem.
For the avoidance of doubt, any item damaged after 30 days from the date of receipt of the order will not be considered defective and will be considered normal wear and tear. Damaged items older than 30 days are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Generally, it is not possible to change the shipping address after shipment. You can change the shipping address by emailing us before shipping.
Yes, the item price includes GST.
It usually takes 3-5 business days.
You do not need to register before placing an order. After you've finished shopping, you can checkout as a guest or register right away. Registration is easy and free, and can save you time on future purchases.

If you don't know your shoe size, you can measure your foot length. Since the foot is three-dimensional, use a two-dimensional measuring tool such as a ruler to measure the length of your foot. (We measure in centimeters.) Next, check our size chart with recommended foot length data and choose the right shoes.
It depends on your preference. Most of our customers usually like to wear SAGUARO® with socks.
We will assist you in changing or canceling your order before the product ships. Once the item has been shipped, it cannot be changed.

We process orders based on product availability and payment authorization. During busy periods, product availability may change during the order process.
Orders received Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Fridays or weekends will be processed on Mondays and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Some items may take longer processing times.

We divide orders into multiple packages for shipment under the following conditions:
- If the goods are located in different warehouses.
- If different products require additional preparation time.
- Due to carrier weight restrictions.
We will notify you by email when each package ships.
If your order is canceled, please contact your financial institution to verify your payment method.
However, if the shoes you purchased are temporarily out of stock, we will refund you directly.

We are very sorry to hear that your item was not found. First, please check your email (including junk and spam emails) to see if it is listed on your order confirmation. You may have received emails related to shipments in multiple packages. If you can't find it and the expected delivery date has already passed, please contact us in the Contact Us section. We will solve the problem for you.
Shipping charges for the original order will not be refunded.
